Melissa Nelson

I help clients scale software enterprises by pinpointing risks, building legal infrastructure, and solving problems. As a former technology entrepreneur, I have ten years of experience in venture deals, regulatory approvals, commercializing new products and SaaS agreements.

ENTREPRENEURIAL • STUDIED

Before joining McCurdy Laud, I co-founded a SaaS company that was featured in WIRED and has been a topic in UC Berkeley's Technology Law Journal and the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. I also worked at Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching documentaries, hiking and trying new restaurants.
